If a manufacturing defect is found within one year of purchasing the device, our company will inspect the device to determine the cause of the Technical issue and we will cover the cost of repair or send a new device.

In case the device is damaged during the shipping process, Please notify us immediately upon receipt of the device by contacting us through:

- Pictures showing the damaged part during the shipping process.

- A picture of the receipt (order confirmation).

- And any other attachments that the company may request.

- The warranty covers purchases made through our website Jolieglam or our agents only.


This warranty does not cover devices that are damaged due to:

- Accident, misuse or modification of the device's contents.

- Theft or loss.

- Use the device with unauthorized products or use contrary to instructions.

- Failure to follow the charging instructions in the user manual.

- Repair by unauthorized persons.

- Exposure to high temperatures.

- Exposure to water, humidity or steam.

- And other causes beyond the responsibility of the manufacturing company.
